4 week option - This is a great opportunity to get a good introduction into your nutrition. These shorter 4 week courses will help you to get a great understanding of your current nutrition and will give you the tools to begin to see results. With the chance to extend to the longer durations if you wanted
8 weeks
8 week option - This slightly longer course will make sure you really get to grips with your new lifestyle. The Hawthorne effect, is where we change our behaviours as a result of being observed. Being accountable for a longer period of time will help to solidify those new changes. The more we do something, the easier it becomes.
12 weeks
12 week option - It takes around 3 months to create a new habit that we will stick to. Being accountable to someone else, for this amount of time truly means the changes that you make are likely to be lifestyle changes forever. Not just a quick fix. By the end of the 12 weeks, you will have enough knowledge and understanding to confidently continue your nutrition journey in the real world.
